Seattle U Soars in Spring Academic All-WAC
ARLINGTON, TX - Seattle U student athletes were well represented for Academic All-WAC in the 2024 Spring quarter, with 67 Redhawks being named across eight spring sports. In addition, there were 43 student athletes named from fall and winter sports who were either freshman or transfer students. The 110 total eclipses last year's 95 following the spring quarter.

ARLINGTON, TX - Seattle U student athletes were well represented for Academic All-WAC in the 2023 Fall quarter, with 33 Redhawks being named across five fall sports.
Cross Country Concludes 2023 Season at NCAA West Regionals
SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Seattle U cross country finished their season on Friday, November 10 at the NCAA West Regionals in Sacramento. The women's team finished 25th place out of 37 total teams in the 6k, and the men's team finished in 28th place out of 29 total teams in the 10k.
Azalea Groleau Named Second Team All-WAC at Conference Championships
ABILENE, TX-- Seattle U's men's and women's cross country team began their postseason competition at the WAC Championships this Friday, October 27th in Abiline, Texas. The women's team finished 6th overall in the 6k out of eleven teams with a total of 192 points, and the men's team finished 11th overall in the 8k with a total of 306 points.
Women's Team Takes First Place at George Oja Invitational and Groleau Sets School Record
SALEM, OR-- The Redhawks soared on Saturday, October 14th at the George Oja Invitational, with the women's team taking first place and notable individual performances from Azalea Groleau and Yonas Sauers.

SEATTLE -- The Redhawks will open their 2023 cross country season on Friday, September 1st at the Linfield Harrier Classic. The women's 4k will take place at 10 a.m. pst, followed by the men's 6k at 10:40 a.m. pst.

DENVER – Ninety-three Seattle U student athletes are among those recognized as the Western Athletic Conference announced the 2021-22 Academic All-WAC honorees for fall and winter sports. A total of 1,534 student athletes across 12 sports were honored.

Women's Cross Country Soars to Second at Lewis & Clark Invite
ESTACADA, Ore. – Seattle U cross country took part in one of the largest cross country races in the country on Saturday as over 500 runners gathered for the Lewis & Clark Invite. The women's team shined in today's 6.08k race as they finished second (98 points) out of 23 teams, beating the likes of 18th ranked Portland and 30th ranked Oregon State.

Scasso Soars into First at SU-UW Dual
SEATTLE - Seattle U cross country started off its 2021 season on a sunny Friday morning with a dual matchup against Washington at Magnuson Park in Seattle. Freshman Giuliano Scasso stole the show in his first collegiate race as he paced the men's group, finishing with a time of 20:26.11 in the 4.1 mile race.
