"A really promising day" says head coach Kelly Sullivan, "Due to illness and such we only raced five women and they were still able to win the meet. Azalea broke our 6k school record and continues to make incredible steps in her running, placing second overall in a deep field. The other four also ran personal bests with Emily moving to seventh place all time and Lilianne Hargreaves moving to eighth place all time. Rowan and freshman Diana also had solid races to secure the win. Yonas won the men's race in thrilling fashion edging out university of Portland top finisher, and he's really putting together a great season. Four other guys ran personal bests and we are proud of how they are improving each week. We will be adding two more guys to the roster in two weeks for the WAC" he continues.
