For claiming tickets, it is recommended that you claim using your mobile device, as tickets must be downloaded to a digital wallet on your mobile device. You can claim tickets on a laptop, or computer but tickets can only be downloaded onto your mobile device!  

1. Select the event for claiming your free ticket, then click on the “General Admission” selection in blue on the account manager page.
2. Select 1 OR 2 tickets using the staff comp option and select add to cart - if tickets are being prompted to pay full price add in SUSTAFF into the promo code box
3. Select the shopping cart in the top right corner of the account manager page, then select “checkout” button to complete the ticket claiming process. IF this is prompting the full price 
4. You will then be prompted to login to the Seattle U account manager, if you have a SU ticketing account, login with your credentials. If you have not yet created an SU ticketing account, put in your Seattle U email address, and select “forgot password” to create a password for your account.
5. Once the ticket is in checkout, select “I accept the terms and conditions”, then click the place order button.
6. You will receive an email with a link to “manage your tickets” and you can download your ticket onto your mobile device via the email, or once you are already logged into your ticketing account, select “my tickets” and “view event details”
7. Click the small arrow on the right side of the screen, and select “add to digital wallet”
8. Ticket will appear for entry in mobile device wallet.
