2023 Cross Country: Set personal best time in the 6k with time of 19:34.6 at the Linfield Harrier Classic.
2022 Cross Country: Ran a personal best of 25:29 in the 8k at the WAC Championships… set a 10k personal best of 31:50 in the 10k, which is the eighth fastest time in program history.
2022 Outdoor: Ran a personal best time of 9:02.59 in the 3000m during the OSU PNW Invite…posted a season best time of 1:59.19 in the 800m during the 2022 WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships…notched a season best time of 4:05.22 in the 1500m during the Bryan Clay Invitational
2021 Cross Country: Academic All-WAC... posted a new personal best of 21:52.2 in the four mile at UW/SU dual meet... ran a personal best time of 26:06.8 in the 8k at the Lewis & Clark Invite... ran a new personal best time of 34:33.0 in the 10k at the West Regionals.
2021 Outdoor: Academic All-WAC... ran the WAC's 25th-best and new personal record of 1:58.37 in the 800m at the WAC Championship... marked a new personal best of 4:02.53 in the 1500m at the Fresno State Invitational.
2020 Cross Country: Academic All-WAC... ran personal record of 25:26.2 in the 7.47k at the Portland/SU Dual... posted a new personal best of 27:18.2 in the 8k at the WAC Championship.
2020 Indoor: At the WAC Indoor Championships, ran the 800m in 2:02.79… posted a time of 2:00.95 in the 800m, a personal best, at the Idaho Team Challenge… at the Portland Indoor One, finished the 800m race in 2:00.98.
Mason was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Redmond High School… he was voted Most Inspirational Track and Field athlete in 2019… was part of the All-Kingco Conference Cross Country Second Team in 2018… went to the Washington State Cross Country Championships in 2016, 2017 and 2018… set a 5k PR of 16:11.40 at the 2018 Kingco Conference Championship… Varsity Rookie of the Year for both the cross country and track and field teams in the 2015-16 season… won the 1600m race three times (at Inglemoor High School, at Eastlake High School and at Mount Si High School) in the 2016 outdoor season… took first place in the 3200m run versus Issaquah… placed first in the two-mile run at the 2015 Sehome Invitational.
Lance Mason is majoring in Business Economics… at Redmond HS, he was a member of the National Honor Society and DECA… his father Todd rowed at Western Washington University.
