The men’s basketball team received a total team effort on both ends of the floor, as eight different players scored at least six points and the defense forced 26 turnovers as SeattleU cruised past Linfield College, 85-40, Tuesday night at the .

Michael Wright () scored a career-high 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the field and 5-of-5 shooting from the free throw line, plus he pulled down seven rebounds and earned two steals. Aaron Broussard () played the best game of his young career, finishing with 14 points on 7-of-11 field goal shooting, eight rebounds, and four steals.

K.C. Wiser hit a three-pointer 19 seconds into the contest, but that would be Linfield’s only lead of the game, as Shaun Burl (, ) answered with a three-pointer of his own, and Austen Powers () hit a jumper to give SeattleU the lead for good.
