Pair of Runner Up Finishes at Husky Open

SEATTLE – Competing in a trio of races at the Husky Open Saturday morning on Lake Washington, Seattle U women's rowing collected a pair of runner-up finishes along with one third-place finish. The Redhawks raced in the collegiate varsity 8+, second varsity 8+ and third varsity 8+. 

In Seattle U's first race of the day, the 3V8+, the Redhawks placed second in 7:51.944. The 2V8+ also took second place in a tight race, finishing the 2000 meter course in 7:26.829. Rounding out the morning was the V8+ with Seattle U finishing third in 7:26.411.
