"It was a great day for us. Overall the team's performances were really good, and they give us some good momentum heading into the conference meet. The team should feel confident in their abilities going into the next week. I believe we will surprise some people in South Dakota next week," head coach Trisha Steidl said.
The Seattle University track and field team heads to Yankton, S.D., for the Great West Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hosted by the University of South Dakota at Williams Field. The meet will begin Thursday, May 13, and continue Friday, May 14, and Saturday, May 15.
