2011 Outdoor: Dan Auld finished fourth in the men's 800 meter run with a time of 1:56.51 at the GWC Outdoor Championships. He qualified at a time of 1:56.34. At the Oregon Preview, he ran the 800 meter run in 1:57.61 ... At the Willamette Invitational, Auld competed in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:07.00 ... 2009 Cross Country: Ran a 30:23 at the West Coast Preview 8K event on Sept. 11th, a 28:54 at Sundodger on Sept. 19th, and a 29:59 at the Emerald City Invite on Oct. 3rd. Finished with a time of 22:41 at the Mike Hodges Invitational on Oct. 16th.
2008 Cross Country: Dan finished 97th at the UW Sundodger Invitational with a personal-best time of 29:00 over eight kilometers. He also finished 57th at the Cascade Conference Preview in 29:16.04 and 24th at the Emerald City Open with a time of 29:59.
Marist HS: Dan lettered four times for the Spartans, three in track and field and once in cross country. He placed 9th at the 2008 Oregon state track and field meet in the 800m. Dan was All-District three straight years in the 800m breaking the two minute mark along the way. During his senior year Dan was named a captain for the track and field team at Marist.
Personal: Parents are Michael and Tina Auld. Twin brother Chris also runs for Seattle Univeristy. Dan is majoring in biology at Seattle University.
