SALEM, Ore. – Seattle U cross country will compete in its second race of the season on Saturday morning when it heads to McCulloch Stadium and Bush Park in Salem, Ore., for the 2021 Charles Bowles Invitational. The men's 8k begins at 9:30 a.m., while the women's 5k race starts at 10:20 a.m.
Freshman Giuliano Scasso starred for the Redhawks in their first race against the then 13th ranked Washington back on September 3. The Portland, Ore., native finished with a time of 20:26.11 in the 4.1 mile race as he won first place on the men's side.
