The Redhawks close out the trip to Vegas on Tuesday vs. Idaho State and return to Seattle on Saturday Mar. 28.

Seattle University men’s tennis (7-12) swept all three doubles matches and continued with a singles sweep to earn the 7-0 win vs. Southern Utah (0-8). The win tied the team’s most wins in a season (last in 2009-10) since the rebirth of the program.

The Redhawks earned wins in each doubles match to earn the first point of the match. SU then defeated each opponent in straight sets in singles play to earn the shutout. Gus Orlando (Sacramento, Calif.) made his first appearance, earning his first win, of the spring season.

Seattle U will close out the trip to Las Vegas facing Idaho State on Tuesday, Mar. 25 at 9 a.m. before returning to Seattle to host Idaho on Friday, Mar. 28 at 5 p.m. at Sand Point.
