Caitlin Kimura enters her fifth year as the director of women's basketball operations. Kimura's primary responsibilities include scheduling, travel, managing the team's budget and assisting with film exchange. She worked as a graduate assistant for marketing and promotions in 2008-09, where she earned the Mark Escandon University Sports Service Award for her contributions to the SU athletic department.
Kimura graduated from Haverford College in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in mathematics. A four-year letterwinner at Haverford, the former point guard was team captain during her senior season. She also earned the Stephen G. Cary Award for her overall contribution to the Haverford athletic department during her senior year.
