2022 (SENIOR): Appeared in 44 games, starting in 38 ... compiled a .234 average (32-for-137) with four doubles and three triples ... drove in two runs and walked twice at New Mexico State (3/11) ... went 3-for-4 with three runs scored at California Baptist (4/2) ... made an appearance on the mound in relief ... striking out one over one inning pitched at UC San Diego (2/19)
2021 (JUNIOR): Started 50 of 51 games with 40 starts at third base ... hit .280 (56-for-200) with five doubles and one triple, while slugging .315 and and finishing with a .329 on-base percentage ... led the team at bats (200) and multi-hit games (16), second multi-RBI game (7), and finished fourth among team leaders in hitting (.280) ... went 2-for-4 with three RBI in the nightcap of doubleheader at Portland to start the season ... went 3-for-4 with an RBI in the series opener at Washington State (3/5) ... went 3-for-5 with a double and a run scored against Washington State (5/5) ... was 3-for-5 with two runs scored against NM State (5/26) in the opening game of the WAC Tournament ... went 8-for-18 with five RBI and five runs scored at the WAC Tournament (5/26-28).
2020 (SOPHOMORE): Played and started in all 16 games, predominately at third base … ranked among the WAC top five in batting average (3rd, .379), hits (5th, 22) and doubles (t-1st, 7) … had a team-best .422 on base percentage … was second among team leaders in slugging (.500) … recorded a career-best 12-game hit streak from Feb. 14 - March 7 … from Feb. 14-March 11, safely reached base in 15-straight games … went 3-for-5 with three runs and two doubles at Boise State (3/6) … drove in two and scored twice in a 3-for-4 outing against Saint Martin’s.
2019 (FRESHMAN): Started 26 of 37 games, splitting time at third base, left field and at the DH position … batted .267 with 28 hits, including seven doubles … scored nine runs and accounted for 17 RBI … made his Redhawk debut on Feb. 16 at UNLV, drawing a walk in a pinch-hit at-bat … went 3-for-3 with two runs and two RBI in his first career start on Feb. 22 against Omaha, also recording his first home run … notched a career-best three RBI on April 26 in a 2-for-3 outing at UTRGV … finished the season with hits in 11 of the final 12 games, including 10-straight.
A three-year varsity letterman at Edmonds Woodway HS … made the All-Wesco South First Team as a pitcher and infielder in 2018 … made the State semifinals with Edmonds Woodway in 2017 and 2018.
Kodama wants to become a strength coach for a university.
