The Redhawks are currently on pace to break the program's record of scoring average (289.31), par three scoring (3.2000) and par four scoring (4.1587). As a team, they set the program record for lowest overall round and versus par at the Nick Watney Invitational with a score of 17-under 267. They also set a record for lowest 54-hole total at 838 but that would later be broken again at the UC San Diego Invitational by four strokes. SU also set a program record for lowest 36-hole total at the UC San Diego Invitational with a score of 557.

The Redhawks team lineup will consist of graduate students Nathan Cogswell and Jack Rahon, senior John Morrow, sophomore Liam Gill and freshman Ben Ragland. Freshman Burly Hildreth will travel with the team and be available to use as a substitution before a round has begun.

"We are excited for the week," said Head Coach Marc Chandonnet. "The team is ready to compete and looking forward to tomorrow. We will do our best at managing the moment, staying patient and giving our best effort until the end."

The 2022 WAC Champion, Nathan Cogswell will look to repeat after winning this event last season with a three-round total of nine-under 207 (73-67-67). Cogswell is playing some of his best golf at the moment, taking top-five finishes in his last two events. The native of Kent, Washington, set the record for lowest 54 hole total in his second place finish at the UC San Diego Invitational at te end of March, shooting a 14-under 202 (68-68-66). The graduate student is currently on pace to have the best scoring average (71.69), finish percentage (78.2) and par four scoring in program history.

Liam Gill has had a successful sophomore campaign, claiming one top-10 finish and three additional top-20 finishes. The Wayland, Massachusetts, native is on pace to have the best par three scoring (3.0869) season and second best scoring average (72.09), finish percentage (77.8) and par four scoring (4.10740). Gill collected his best career finish at the Nick Watney Invitational back in September, tying for ninth with a three-round total of four-under 209 (72-69-68).

A member of the 2021-22 All-WAC Second Team, Jack Rahon has competed in all 10 tournaments this season. The native of Orange, California, tied for fourth at the UC San Diego Invitational with a three-round total of nine-under 207 (69-69-69) to mark his highest finish of the year. Rahon has also collected another two finishes inside of the top-10 earlier in the season. Rahon has already broken the record for most par or better rounds in a single-season (15) and is currently on pace for the third best scoring average all-time (72.66)
