COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo - Seattle U men's and women's team completed another day of competition in Colorado Springs, as they faced off against BYU, Colorado State, Colorado Mesa, and Air Force. The Redhawks continued to battle hard at 7000 ft of elevation, and were able to come away with some great performances on the day.
"We completed another session against four really good teams." said Head Coach Joe Dykstra "I was impressed with our resiliency and how hard we raced, being the only team in this meet that doesn't train at altitude. This experience will help us build more toughness and confidence heading into the WAC Championships"

Cook also had a top-10 finish in the 100 Fly, as she would clock in a time of 58.80 seconds to finish tenth overall.
For the men, Michael Luna had a great effort in the 1650 Free despite being at altitude. Luna would finish the long distance race in 17:06.92 to place fifth overall.
