2022-23 (SOPHOMORE): Qualified for the CSCAA National Invite Championships, where he set the school record in the 100 IM (50.70), as well as personal bests in the 50 Fly (22.96), and the 100 Fly (49.03) which is the seventh fastest time in school history…at the WAC Championships, he set the school record in the 200 IM (1:48.95), clocked in the second fastest 100 Free time in school history (44.46) and set a personal best in the 50 Free (21.10), while being apart of the second fastest 200 Free Relay (Imig, Lanting, Moore, Thomure – 1:21.26) the seventh fastest 400 Free Relay (Lanting, Imig, Barringer, Johansen – 3:01.82), and the second fastest 800 Free Relay (Luna, Lanting, Banuelos, Barringer – 6:40.29) in school history…at the Husky Invite, Lanting set the sixth fastest 200 Free (1:39.82) in school history, and was apart of the fourth fastest 200 Free Relay (Luna, Imig, Lanting, Barringer – 1:21.92) and the tenth fastest 400 Free Relay (Luna, Lanting, Barringer, Imig – 3:03.59) in school history.
2021-22 (Freshman): Took second in the 200 IM (1:55.56) against Grand Canyon (Oct. 22)... took third in the 200 Free Relay (1:26.35) against Grand Canyon (Oct. 23)... won the 100 Free (46.68) and 200 IM (1:58.63) against Puget Sound (Nov. 13)... won the 200 IM (1:55.21), 100 Free (46.80), and 200 Free Relay (1:26.35) against Southwestern Oregon CC (Feb. 5)... part of the eighth-fastest 800 Free Relay (6:44.58), sixth-fastest 400 Free Relay (3:01.57), and seventh-fastest 200 Free Relay at the WAC Championships (Feb. 24)... individually swam the seventh-fastest 200 IM (1:50.66) and third-fastest 100 Free (45.17) in school history at the WAC Championships (Feb. 25)... swam the 200 IM (1:52.27) and 100 Free (45.44) at the National Invitational Championships (March 10)... earned points in the 800 Free Relay (6:52.47) at the NIC (March 11).
High School: A four-time varsity letterwinner at Jesuit HS … … ranked 75rd-overall among California boys HS swimmers for the Class of 2021 by College Swimming … ranked 791st nationally by College Swimming for the HS Class of 2021 … helped the Marauders to a Sac-Joaquin Sectional tile in 2018 and a second-place finish in 2019 … earned all-league honors as a sophomore in 2019.
Club: competed for the Sierra Marlins Swim Team … listed sixth among team leaders in points for the Sierra Marlins during the 2020-21 season … swam a personal-best in the 50-yard free (21.29), 100-yard free (45.99) and 200-yard free (1:41.82) at the 2021 SMST Post Shave ... logged a personal-best in the 200-yard IM (1:52.54) at the 202 SMST Senior Winter Championships … was an event finalist in the 200 IM (2:11.92) at the 2021 ISCA International Senior Cup.
