SEATTLE - The Seattle U Redhawks will remain at home for another meet this week, as both the men and women compete against Puget Sound this Saturday, November 13 at 11:00 am PT. This will be the first home action of the year for the men's team, which last competed against Grand Canyon in October. For the women, it will be the second straight home meet after taking on Idaho in a dual meet last weekend.

The Redhawks are fresh off a strong showing against Idaho. That meet saw Sammy Mosier pick up two individual event titles, in the 100 Free and 100 Fly. Mosier's wins were two of 11 podium finishes for the Redhawks, who also had four second-place finishes.

Cassie Koester set a new season best for the Redhawks in the 500 Free with her time of 5:26.49. That was one of two new season bests for Seattle U, with Mosier's 100 Free time of 53.47 also a new mark for the Redhawks.

The men will be in action for the first time since October 23, when Seattle U competed with Grand Canyon in Los Angeles. In that meet, Michael Luna and Will Corona had the top finishes of the day, finishing second in the 500 Free and 400 IM, respectively. The Redhawks had four third-place finishes as well: Ryan Ascencio finished third in the 200 Fly, Jack Neton in the 200 Breast, and Max Chesno in the 1000 Free. Seattle U's 200 Free Relay team of Nicholas Imig, Cole Lanting, Noa Copp, and Tyler Goodspeed also took third.
