Last time out, the Redhawks excelled against Puget Sound, with both the men's and women's teams winning by almost 100 points a piece. In all, Seattle U won 20 event wins in that meet, with four different Redhawks earning multiple individual wins. 13 different Redhawks won at least one individual event in that meet, with Seattle U also winning three of four relays.

Sammy Mosier had two event wins against Puget Sound and now has multiple individual event titles in every meet this year. Danika Himes, Cole Lanting, and Michael Luna all had multiple individual event titles as well in that meet. For Himes, it was the third time in six meets she has earned multiple individual event titles.

The Redhawks will be without Jack Neton, who will be competing in the U.S. Open Championships this weekend in Greesnboro, North Carolina. Neton is seeded 20th in the 200 Breast.

This will be just the second home action of the year for the men's side and third home meet for the women's team. The men's team last faced off with Simon Fraser on January 25, 2020, winning 165-90 at home. The women last faced Simon Fraser on November 2, 2019, winning 139-122. This will be one of two meets against Simon Fraser this year: in January, the men will compete against Simon Fraser once again, in Pullman, Washington, as the women take on Washington state and Idaho in a two-day meet.
