LAS CRUCES, N.M. - Seattle University won the doubles point and would take five of six singles matches to earn a 6-1 win versus Chicago State in Western Athletic Conference play.

The Redhawks won doubles matches in the No. 2 and No. 3 spots to clinch the first point and take a 1-0 lead heading into singles play.

Seattle U would subsequently win in the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 singles spots before closing out with victories at No. 5 and No. 6.

Continuing their weekend in Las Cruces, SU is set to face UTPA on Saturday, Mar. 21 and the hosting NMSU Aggies on Sunday, Mar. 22, taking on UTEP in El Paso on Monday, Mar. 23 before returning home.
