In the 400 yard freestyle relay, the Redhawks earned a one-two finish. The first-place relay team of Anderson, Chris Fulton, Jeff Tibbals and Murray Longbotham swam the race in a time of 3:09.95. Following their teammates, the second SU relay team of Andrew Martinez, Kalani Kaula, Chris Lynch and Tyler Carriker concluded the race in a time of 3:24.98.

Similarly, Elizabeth Hanohano had a strong showing in the 200 yard freestyle. She swam the individual race in a time of 1:57.98, two seconds behind Utah's Natalie Edge. Rounding out the Redhawk women's team was Alexis Morehouse. The SeatteU sophomore swam the 200 yard breaststroke in a time of 2:24.75 to be edged out of first-place by a Utah swimmer.
