Michelle Duan
Michelle Duan was announced as an assistant coach on Marc Chandonnet's staff on September 11, 2023. 

Duan has experience at the collegiate level, competing for two years at Nevada and two years at CSUN. At Nevada, Duan set the school record for low-round with a 66 and earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors. The Reno, Nevada, native transferred to CSUN, competing in 18 tournaments over two seasons with four finishes inside of the top-20. Duan served as the team captain for the 2019 season and helped lead the team to a runners-up finish at the Big West Conference Championships.

Since graduating, Duan worked as a marketing associate with the Greater Puget Sound Solutions and volunteer coached at Kamiak High School in Mukilteo, Washington. 

"I am ecstatic to grow my passion for coaching and helping our student athletes thrive," said Duan. "I am so grateful to Coach Marc for the opportunity to get back into the college golf world and work with these two prestigious teams."

"Michelle separated herself as a standout candidate the last time we went through this process," said Chandonnet. "Therefore, it was clear to me that she was going ot be the perfect fit when the time came. She's passionate about being a coach and brings a positive energy to the environment. Being a former DI golfer, Michelle will be able to relate extremely well with our athletes. I am thankful to our entire administrative staff for the quick turnaround in the onboarding process to provide that care for our athletes."
