KK Humphreys
Former standout Oregon infielder KK Humphreys will take her softball expertise to the coaching realm as she officially joined Seattle U softball's staff as an assistant coach in the Fall of 2025. Humphreys will coach the infield.
 
"KK is going to bring so much knowledge to our team because of her background and passion for the game," head coach Hirai shared, "She will take over the infield and help out with our hitters."
 
Humphreys got her start in coaching through mentorship programming, developing the game of youth softball players in Southern California. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree in psychology from Oregon in 2024, she returned to California to pursue her Master's in sports and performance psychology.
 
The Corona, California native began her collegiate career close to home, competing at Cal State Fullerton her freshman year. In her lone season with the Titans she collected All-Big West First and Freshman team honors, while capping her season as a member of the NFCA All-West Region Third team. 
 
In 2022, Humphreys debuted with Oregon, appearing in 50 games as a sophomore. The following season she appeared and started all 55 contests for the Ducks, accruing 45 hits and 316 putouts. The following season she was named All-Academic Pac-12. She capped her career in 2024 competing in 50 games while guiding the Ducks to an NCAA Regional appearance.
