Ryan Jones joined the women's soccer staff as Director of Player Development in August 2021. He currently works as the head coach for Seattle United. He spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Murray State, helping the Racers advance to the 2018 NCAA Tournament. Prior to that, Jones was an assistant coach with Nashville Rhythm FC of the WPSL. He also won back-to-back gold medals for USA Open Men's Soccer at the Maccabiah Games as a player in 2013 and 2017.
