Yuuki is in her second season as a graduate assistant coach at Seattle University. She participated in basketball, soccer, and rowing at Lewis & Clark College and went on to graduate in 2001 with a BA in Physics and a minor in East Asian Studies with a Chinese focus. To further her Mandarin and Chinese cultural studies, she enrolled at a small university in Guilin, China. Shortly after, she was presented with the opportunity to play professional basketball in Japan where she spent four rewarding years in the WJBL (Women’s Japan Basketball league). She has since relocated back to Seattle, where she is pursuing her masters degree in Sports Administration and Leadership as well as assisting the SU women’s basketball coaching staff.
