Marselisborg Gymnasium: Kristensen, a native of Aarhus, Denmark, has played for the Aabyholj Greens club team for the past four years. Two years ago, when the team moved back into Denmark's top division, she averaged 12.5 points per game. Last season she averaged 11.7 points per game while appearing in every game during the year. Kristensen made her debut on the youth national team at the age of 15. She is a four-time all-star selection at the Scania Cup in Stockholm, including a selection as Nordic Player of the Year in 2001 in leading her team to a second place finish. In 2004 she played with the senior national team and earned the Fighter of the Tournament award for her performance against the older players. Anne was a four time all-star and led her team to a national championship in 2003 and 2004. Her team was runner-up in 2005 and 2006.
