SEATTLE - The Seattle University women's golf team is gearing up for their second-to-last tournament of the regular season, where they will be heading south to Dallas, Tex., for the Huntington Bank Collegiate. The tournament will take place at Trinity Forest Golf Club from April 6-7, and will be hosted by SMU. Both days will have a shotgun start at 6:30 a.m. PDT.
Competing for the Redhawks will be Tsara Ralamboarison, Blayne Brown, Jeanne Padillo, Zoe Rubichon and Aaryanna Morris.
The Redhawks will aim to build off of the momentum they built from their last tournament, the Nashville Invitational, where the team finished fourth of 16 and Tsara Ralamboarison placed third overall with +3 over, 219. Freshman Blayne Brown also finished within the top 10, shooting +5 over, 221 to claim ninth place, and Jeanne Padillo had her best finish of the season, placing 19th.
The last time Seattle U competed in a tournament hosted by SMU was in 2023, when they participated in the Trinity Forest Invitational. Aaryanna Morris was the Redhawks' top finisher, placing 35th with +3 over, 219 as the Redhawks finished 12th of 15 teams.
