SEATTLE - The Seattle University men's golf team has added two student athletes to its 2026-27 signing class, inking Teigen Brill and Cade McVicker.
Brill will be coming from the other side of the state in Spokane, Wash., and was the Greater Spokane Player of the Year every year of his high school career. Along with that, he was the PNGA Junior Boys' Amateur Champion in 2023.
McVicker will be coming up from West Linn, Ore., where he won the Bob Norquist Oregon Junior Amateur in 2025, was the 2025 Oregon Junior Boys Golfer of the Year, and shot 63 in the final stroke play round to qualify as the #1 seed in the 2025 PNGA Junior Boys' Amateur, which he was a semifinalist in. Representing the Oregon Golf Association, McVicker lead his team to an Eddie Hogan Cup victory by shooting 64-70. McVicker also won the Oregon Junior Amateur, shooting 65-73.
"We are beyond excited to add these two young men to our Redhawk family," said head coach Marc Chandonnet. "We know they will represent this institution at the highest level both on and off the course. They both have incredible talent, are fantastic students and come from first-class support systems. Both are already communicating at a high level, and are committed to help bring West Coast Conference championships to Seattle."
