SEATTLE - Seattle U men's soccer fought UNLV to a 0-0 draw Thursday afternoon in their home opener.

The Redhawks outshot the Rebels 12-3 but were even in shots on goal at 2 apiece. Seattle U also held a big advantage in corners at 11-2.

Davis Mungomba, Luke Hammond, and Andre Philibbosian led the way with each recording two shots, while Charlie Lanphier was called on to make two saves on the day.

The draw moves the Redhawks record to 0-2-1 on the young season as they are still on the hunt for their first win in 2025. They will look to secure that victory when they are back in action next Thursday, Sep. 4, when they battle CSUN in California. Kick off for that match is scheduled for 7:00pm PT.
