Cross Country, Track & Field Place Six on CSC All-Academic All-District Team

SEATTLE - Six athletes between the Seattle U men's and women's cross country/track and field teams earned selection to the College Sports Communicators, as announced by the association on Wednesday afternoon.

SEATTLE - Six athletes between the Seattle U men's and women's cross country/track and field teams earned selection to the College Sports Communicators, as announced by the association on Wednesday afternoon.
 
The Redhawks were well represented earning six nods for their exemplary seasons in the classroom and on the track and in the field. Alisha Saucedo and Lilianne Hargreaves were recognized from the women's team, while Ozase Williams, Alex Jensen, JR Zamora and Rock Gignac rounded out the group representing the men's program.
 
Student-athletes elected to the CSC All-Academic All-District team were recognized for holding a 3.5 GPA over the duration of the season while earning a top-50 mark within the region or the NCAA this year. 
 
The 2025 Academic All-District® Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes track& field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
