2025 Outdoor: Had the fifth-best 800m in SU history with a 1:52.80 (4/5)... part of the 4x400 Relay team that ran a 3:21.80, seventh-best in SU history (4/5)... broke the school record in the 800m (4/18).
2025 Indoor: Set a personal-best in the mile with a 4:17.05 (12/7)... part of the eighth-fastest 4x400 relay in SU history (2/1)... ran the fourth-fastest 800m in school history with a 1:53.08 (2/15)... ran the third-fastest 800m the week after running the fourth-fastest, with a 1:51.73 (2/28).
2024 Indoor: Academic All-WAC...Set a new school record in the Distance Medley Relay (9:59.75) with teammates Alex Franklin, Gus Harquail and Zack Sundt...Recorded a personal best time of 1:53.85 in the 800m at the Ken Shannon Invite, tying for a third place spot in school records...Recorded a personal best in the 1000m with time of 2:33.25 at the UW Indoor Preview...Recorded a personal best time of 4:28.56 in the Mile at the UW Invite.
Outdoor 2023: a personal best of 4:03.62 in the 1500m at the Oregon State High Performance meet… ran a personal best of 1:53.88 at the WAC Championships, the sixth best time in program history… was a part of the third fastest 4x400m Relay team in school history (I. Payne, Rosario, Holme, Jensen – 3:15.87)

2021 Cross Country: Academic All-WAC... posted a new personal best of 21:46.8 in the four mile at UW/SU dual meet.
2021 Outdoor: Academic All-WAC... ran the WAC's 18th-best and personal best of 1:56.97 in the 800m at the WAC Championship... posted a personal record of 52.38 in the 400m at the SU/Seattle Pacific Dual... ran a personal best of 4:07.97 in the 1500m at the OSU High Performance Meet.
2020 Cross Country: Academic All-WAC... ran a personal best of 25:47.7 in the 7.47k at the Portland/SU Dual... posted a personal record of 27:40.1 in the 8k at the WAC Championship.
Earned four letters in cross country, track and field, and basketball at Lakewood High School in Arlington, Wash... Honor roll student (2016-2020), ASB Vice President (2019), ASB President (2020)... cross country 1st team all North West Conference (2020), basketball honorable mention (2017-2018), basketball 1st team all North West Conference (2019), North West conference MVP and all state (2020)... holds the record for most points and steals in a career at Lakewood High School.
