Track & Field Competes at WAC Championships in Arlington

SEATTLE – Seattle University's track and field team heads to Arlington, Texas, for the 2025 Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships, hosted by UT Arlington at Maverick Stadium May 15-17. This marks the Redhawks' final appearance at the WAC Championship as the university moves into the West Coast Conference next year.

SEATTLE – Seattle University's track and field team heads to Arlington, Texas, for the 2025 Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships, hosted by UT Arlington at Maverick Stadium May 15-17. This marks the Redhawks' final appearance at the WAC Championship as the university moves into the West Coast Conference next year.

The Redhawks will send 17 men and 16 women to compete in the three-day event. Included in the lineup are six seniors – Lilianne Hargreaves, Alex Jensen, Taylor Marks, Lance Mason, Alisha Saucedo and McKenna White.

Seattle U has had a stellar outdoor season thus far, including new school records set by Seku Sanders (800m), Jensen (800m, twice), Matthew Fiso (triple jump) and Hargreaves (1,500m). Ten men have achieved top-10 marks while 12 women have added their names to the school's top-10 list.

All-time, the Redhawks have 13 event gold medals at the WAC Outdoor Championships.
