KANSAS CITY - James Morris and Kotaro Hirokawa have been named to the Division I Men's Far West All-Region Team, as announced by the United Soccer Coaches.
Morris, who was named to the First Team, finished his final season in a Redhawk uniform with big numbers across the board. The 5th year grad from Doncaster, England racked up 10 goals and seven assists on the year, which topped the Western Athletic Conference in both categories. His output also saw him be named the Offensive Player of the Year in the WAC.
Hirokawa transferred into the Redhawk program this season, and instantly showed off his playmaking skills on the way to a Second Team selection. The grad out of Yokohama, Japan dished out six assists and added another three goals this season. He was named First Team All-WAC and his 12 points were good for 9th in the conference.
