Redhawks Fall in Midweek Matchup with Lancers

SEATTLE, Wash. - Seattle U volleyball (6-14, 1-8 WAC) returned home for one midweek matchup before returning to the road, falling to California Baptist in three sets. The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) contest took place at the Redhawk Center on the campus of Seattle U in Seattle.

SEATTLE, Wash. - Seattle U volleyball (6-14, 1-8 WAC) returned home for one midweek matchup before returning to the road, falling to California Baptist in three sets. The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) contest took place at the Redhawk Center on the campus of Seattle U in Seattle. 

SCORING SUMMARY
Set 1: 21-25
Set 2: 20-25
Set 3: 23-25

MATCH NOTES 
Arianna Bilby finished with a match-high 12 kills, falling just two digs shy of a double-double. The Arlington, Washington, native recorded double figure kills for the 13th time this season. 

Elif Teksoy assisted on 31 points to go along with five digs

Tatum Chase led the Redhawks in total blocks, recording four on the night which is one shy of her career-high. 

Erin Goya logged the most digs on the night at 18, finishing just one shy of tying her season-high. Merima Smajlovic (11) also finished in double figures, marking the ninth time she has done so.
