DAVIS, Calif. - Seattle U men's soccer made it a perfect road trip as they beat UC Davis, 3-2, Sunday night in California. A brace from James Morris proved to be the difference as the Redhawks survived despite being down a man in the second half.

Morris netted his first goal on the night in the first half, receiving a pass from Mo Mohamed and sneaking the ball past the keeper in a 1-on-1 situation. The Redhawks would take that 1-0 lead into the half.

The Aggies would get back into the match with a pair of penalty conversions to start the second half, the latter of which resulted in a red card for SU keeper Charlie Lanphier.

Down a man and a goal, the Redhawks rallied starting in the 74th when a UC Davis back pass resulted in an own goal. That was followed by Morris' second, and decisive, goal of the match in the 87th. This one was set up by a long ball from Joon Lee, his first assist of the season.
