Three Men's Tennis Athletes Earn CSCAA All-Academic Awards

SEATTLE, Wash. - Three of Seattle University men's tennis athletes have been rewarded with 2022-23 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Awards, the association released Tuesday.

To be nominated, a student athlete must carry a cumulative 3.50 grade point average, participate in at least 50 percent of competitions, and have completed one full calendar year at their current institution.

The following athletes have received Academic All-District Honors:

• Michael Frank (Soph.) - Business
• Clement Hamel (Grad.) - Business Analytics
• Julian Worn (Senior) - Finance

The men's and women's tennis team consistently excel in the classroom, as they held the highest and second highest GPA's last winter quarter. The men held a GPA of 3.806 last winter, while the women had a 3.821 GPA.
