KINGSBURG, Calif. – Seattle U men's golf heads to its third tournament in as many weeks, traveling to Kingsburg, California, for the Nick Watney Invitational, hosted by Fresno State. The two-day event is scheduled to take place at Kings River Country Club with both days are scheduled to have shotgun starts at 8:30 a.m.

KINGSBURG, Calif. – Seattle U men's golf heads to its third tournament in as many weeks, traveling to Kingsburg, California, for the Nick Watney Invitational, hosted by Fresno State. The two-day event is scheduled to take place at Kings River Country Club with both days are scheduled to have shotgun starts at 8:30 a.m.

The Redhawks will be competing against golfers from CSUN, Cal Baptist, Fresno State, Fullerton, Gonzaga, Grand Canyon, Long Beach State, Pacific, Sacramento State, St Mary's, UC Irvine, UC San Diego, UCR, UCSB and UTA. Seattle U's team lineup will consist of graduate students Nathan Cogswell and Jack Rahon, junior Blake Kukula, sophomore Liam Gill and freshman Ben Ragland

This will be the sixth consecutive year SU competes in this tournament. Cogswell has played some of his best golf in Fresno, finishing in fourth place twice. As just a freshman, Cogswell shot a 10-under 206 (72-68-66) at the Dragonfly Golf Club. He followed that up the next year with a stellar third round at the Fort Washington Country Club, finishing with a 10-under 203 (72-68-63).
