All-TOURNAMENT OZKAN
Ezgi Ozkan was named to the Portland Invitational All-Tournament team Wednesday, marking her third All-Tournament award of the season. The senior setter posted 60 assists, 16 digs, seven kills and six total blocks over the two games. Ozkan leads the team in assists (264) and service aces (10) as well as ranking third in total blocks (20).

BLOCK PARTY
Seattle U posted its third and fourth double digit blocks match this past Saturday against Portland State and Portland. Marley Hardgrave and Lauren McCabe were crucial in the front row, combining for 17 total blocks in the two matches. Hardgrave leads the team in total blocks with 31, while McCabe is four behind her and Ozkan rounds out the 20 block club.

DOUBLE-DOUBLES
Both Arianna Bilby and Ezgi Ozkan registered double-doubles against Portland, marking the former's second and the latter's third of the season. Bilby recorded 11 kills and 11 digs, leading the team in both categories, while Ozkan logged 32 assists and 10 digs to go along with five kills.

BILBY KILLS
Bilby recorded her 100th kill of the season with her eighth kill against Portland, currently leading the team in that category with 103 overall. Bilby's current kills per set rate of 3.43 would rank ninth all-time in the school's DI history and be the best by a Redhawk since Eve Kerschenbaum in 2019. The native of Arlington, Wash., posted double digit kills in the last two matches and five times overall so far this season.

CAN YOU DIG IT
Five Redhawks had at least one double-digit dig performance this past Saturday, with Katlyn Sipes recording double-digit digs in both matches. Sipes's current digs per set rate of 3.43 would rank eighth all-time in SU's DI history and would be the best by a Redhawk since Tijana Milojevic in 2019. The Montgomery, Ill., native has seven total double-digit dig matches this season.

MILESTONES TO WATCH
Seniors Lauren McCabe and Ezgi Ozkan will look to climb up the all-time leaderboards this season. McCabe currently ranks fourth in solo blocks (30) and is four total blocks away from cracking that top-10 list. Ozkan ranks fourth all-time in assists (1,732) and has a chance to become just the fourth Redhawk ever to register 2,000 career assists.
