Nance gave Seattle U the lead with a solo home run and threw her seventh career shutout in the circle in a complete performance. She reached in all three of her plate appearances, drawing walks in her other two trips to the plate.
In the circle, Nance had a vintage performance, allowing only seven baserunners all game long. She retired seven of the final eight batters of the game for her 47th career win. Nance now has more shutouts (three) than earned runs allowed (two) in WAC play this season.
