BOZEMAN, Mont. - Seattle U women's tennis concluded its weekend in Bozeman, Montana, Saturday against Oral Roberts at the Bobcat-Anderson Tennis Center. The Golden Eagles came out strong in doubles play and never let up in the singles matches to take home the 5-2 victory. 

Freshman Mireia Fehr (7-5, 6-3) earned a singles point for the Redhawks as she was dominate in her match against Aliksandra Lebedeva on court two. Fellow freshman Jade Quintana (6-7, 1-6) started off her match against Reagan Miley strong following her victory yesterday but fell short in the end, while senior Jillian Rasmussen (2-6, 3-6) battled against Luna Morini and senior Aranza Alvarez Sanabria (0-6, 1-6) faced off against Rai Sengupta. Senior Hannah Grossman was awarded the victory by default over Zere Iskakova on court six, while Oleksandra Nahurska was awarded the victory by default over freshman Elena Kraleva on court one.

Oral Roberts started the match by claiming the doubles point. Fehr and Quintana (4-6) teamed up against Nahurska and Morini, while Rasmussen and Grossman (6-7) narrowly fell to Sengupta and Iskakova. Kraleva and Alvarez Sanabria (2-6) round out the doubles match as they paired up against Miley and Lebedeva. 

The Redhawks will travel to eastern Washington for three matches next weekend. They will first stop in Spokane for matches against South Dakota and Gonzaga at the Stevens Center on Feb. 4 and 5. They will finish off the weekend against Eastern Washington in Cheney at the Jim Thorpe Fieldhouse, starting at 10 a.m. on Feb. 6.
