SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - Seattle U women's tennis returns to action after the holiday layoff with two matches in Salt Lake City, Utah on Saturday, January 22 and Sunday, January 23.
The Redhawks open their 2022 dual match season at the George S. Eccles Tennis Center against Utah, starting at 3 p.m. on Saturday. At 8 a.m. the following morning, Seattle U will battle against Montana, also at the George S. Eccles Tennis Center. There will be no live stream or stats for SU's match against Montana.
Seattle U resumes the 2021-22 season after competing in two tournaments in the fall quarter, the Cougar Classic and the ITA Regional Championships.
Freshman Elena Kraleva and Mireia Fehr enjoyed successful fall quarters on the court. Kraleva posted a 4-2 overall singles record, while Fehr finished 3-0 and won Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Singles Athlete of the Month in September.
