SEATTLE - It will be a one-game weekend this week for the Seattle U Redhawks, who head to Utah to play Dixie State on the road. This is the first road trip of WAC play for Seattle U and their first road game since facing Montana and Montana State in mid-December. The Redhawks have never faced Dixie State, which joined the WAC before the 2020-21 season. Dixie State moved up to Division I in 2020 after playing Division II from 2006 to 2019.
Seattle U will then return home to host California Baptist in a rescheduling of what was to be the WAC home opener on January 2. Seattle U's last win against California Baptist came in 2020, winning 83-49 on the road. The Redhawks hosted California Baptist twice in two days last season, falling in both of those matchups.

FROM DOWNTOWN
Courtney Murphy's next three-pointer will be the 150th of her career. Murphy would become just the fourth Redhawk in the DIvision I era to make 150 or more threes in their careers, joining Kaylee Best (195), Ashley Payne (168), and Jessie DeLauney (153). Murphy has made at least one three-pointer in all but four games this year and has multiple threes in six games.
DO IT ALL
Peyton Howard has at least one block and at least one steal in four straight games, including her first career multi-block game, against Chicago State. Howard has at least two combined blocks and steals in eight of her 12 games this season. The sophomore has also recorded at least three rebounds in seven of the last eight games and at least four in four of the last six.
DENIED
Georgia Kehoe returned to action against Chicago State and recorded her 53rd career block. Kehoe has a chance to quickly move up the all-time rankings for Seattle U. She needs one block to tie Chris McDonald for eighth all-time, two to tie Joana Alves for seventh, three to tie Deb Weston for sixth, and five to tie Alexis Montgomery for fifth. Kehoe has at least one block in each of her last five games.
OL' RELIABLE
McKenzi Williams had 14 points against Chicago State, giving her double-digit points in five of the last six games. Williams has been held under ten points just three times this year. Since the beginning of the 2020-21 season, Williams has been held under ten points while taking at least ten shots just three times in 37 games, including just once this year, against UC San Diego.
WE LOVE STEALIES
Bree Calhoun had two steals against Chicago State, making it eight straight games she has had multiple steals. Calhoun has had multiple steals in all but one game this year. Only twice in her Redhawk career has Calhoun been held without a steal: in her second and third games, at Oregon and against Utah State in November 2020. She has more games with 5+ steals (seven) than with one or fewer steals (three) in her career.
YOUNG GUN
Taliyah Clark played a career-best 23 minutes against Chicago State last time out. It was the first time in Clark's career she had taken more than two shots and shot under 60% from the field, going 1-for-6. Clark is still shooting 56% from the field in her collegiate career, which would put her fifth in the WAC if she had enough makes per game to qualify.
GUNNING FROM THREE
Irena Korolenko dipped under 40% from three-point range for the first time since game three this year and now sits at 39.5% on the season. Korolenko is now ninth in the WAC in three-point shooting percentage. She needs just five more three-pointers to reach 50 in her career and 18 more field goals to reach 100 in her career.
