SEATTLE - Seattle U men's golf has signed Ben Ragland to its 2022 class, Head Coach Marc Chandonnet announced Wednesday.
"I am excited to be able to add Ben to the roster and confident he will represent our program well," said Chandonnet. "He is passionate about becoming a Redhawk, which certainly helped in the decision making process. He is a fantastic player that joins with a great support system. He really loves the game of golf and has proven he knows how to shoot low scores."
Ragland will join the Redhawks from California High School in San Ramon, California. This fall, he placed top-five three times on the Junior Tour of North California, posting his best two round total of 136 (66-70) on September 25. Ragland also placed in the top-five at the 2021 HUGT Sacramento Junior Open.
Ragland joins Burly Hildreth as Seattle U's second member of its 2022 class.
