SEATTLE - Seattle U men's golf has signed Burly Hildreth to its 2022 class, Head Coach Marc Chandonnet announced Friday.

"I am so excited to add Burley to our team," said Chandonnet. "I have been able to watch him play many rounds of golf and have been really impressed by his composure on the course. His family provides an amazing support system and his work with Pacific Northwest legend and Seattle U Hall of Fame member, Jeff Coston, has allowed him to develop a very repeatable swing. I am very appreciative of how excited the whole family is in becoming Redhawks, it really makes me feel like we are the lucky ones. Welcome to the Redhawk family Burly."

Hildreth has finished in the top-10 in the last three Washington State Championships and placed second at the AJGA Transamerica in 2020. He qualified and made the final cut in the 2021 IMG Junior World Championship and also finished in the elite 8 at the 2021 PNGA matchplay. The senior at Spring Street International School in Friday Harbor, Wash., joins after playing in the PNW section of PGA tournaments for the last five years.
