Redhawks Head to Oregon Duck Invitational

EUGENE, Ore. - Seattle U men's golf will make its second trip to Oregon this month when they head to Eugene, Ore., to compete in the Oregon Duck Invitational. The two-day event will take place from Mar. 22-23 at the Eugene Country Club on the 7,039 course with a par of 71.

EUGENE, Ore. - Seattle U men's golf will make its second trip to Oregon this month when they head to Eugene, Ore., to compete in the Oregon Duck Invitational. The two-day event will take place from Mar. 22-23 at the Eugene Country Club on the 7,039 yards course with a par of 71. 

"We have seen some nice individual performances and some good daily rounds out of each one of our guys," said Head Coach Marc Chandonnet. "We are hoping they can put it together as a group and fight for a quality finish this week. Eugene will be a difficult test for us but if we prepare properly in regards to course management we might be rewarded. We are grateful to have this opportunity for our program."

Seattle U will be competing against golfers from Oregon State, Washington, UCLA, Boise State, San Jose State, Santa Clara, Gonzaga, Idaho, Cal Poly, South Dakota State, Hawaii, Dixie State University, Louisiana Monroe and the hosts Oregon. The Redhawks will send senior Gabe Spach, juniors Jack Rahon, Federico Gutierrez, Nathan Cogswell and redshirt freshman Conor Kelly
