SEATTLE — Seattle U women's tennis has a packed weekend ahead as it will be competing in three matches, spanning from Thursday to Sunday.
"I am looking forward to our team competing this weekend," said Head Coach Kristina Hollander. "We have all been working hard, preparing for this season. I am excited that we can now get on the road and compete again."
First, the Redhawks will take a short drive across the city on Thursday for a rematch against University of Washington at Lloyd Nordstrom Tennis Center, where the match will begin at 1:30 p.m. They will then head to Oregon for two matches, starting with a stop in Beaverton to compete against Portland State, starting at 10 a.m., at the Babette Horenstein Tennis Center. They will round out the weekend in Eugene, with a matchup against the University of Oregon at 11 a.m.
Traveling with the team this weekend will be seniors Peggy Rooke and Hannah Gianan, juniors Alisa Sabotic, Jillian Rasmussen, Hannah Grossman, Martina Asciuto and Aranza Alvarez Sanabria and sophomore Jade Lancaster.
