SEATTLE – Seattle University men's basketball Head Coach Jim Hayford has announced the Redhawks' 11-game non-conference slate for the 2020-21 season. Included in the regional mix are a pair of Pac-12 opponents and a trio of home games.

"We worked very hard to put together a quality non-conference schedule and we're excited to have a full schedule of games," said Hayford, who enters his fourth seasons at Seattle U and 22nd overall as a head coach. "We'll be playing teams that represent all five DI conferences on the West Coast, which will prepare us well for a very competitive WAC season."

The Redhawks open the season on the road Wednesday, Nov. 25, facing Idaho as part of tournament play hosted by the University of Portland. Seattle U will also play Cal Poly on Friday, Nov. 27 in Portland.

A seven-game road swing ensues beginning with neutral site matchups against Air Force and CSUN in Las Vegas. Pac-12 members fill out two of the following three games as Seattle U travels to face UCLA on Dec. 3, Long Beach State on Dec. 6 and Washington on Dec. 9.

The trio of home games come in succession as the Redhawks host Northwest on Dec. 13, Corban University on Dec. 15 and Portland on Dec. 19. The calendar year concludes on the road against the Pilots on Dec. 30.

Seattle U will go on to tip off the New Year with Western Athletic Conference play at home against Utah Valley on Jan. 15-16.
