Each week this fall, GoSeattleU.com will take a look back at memorable moments from the last decade of Seattle U Athletics history that occurred during that week.

Men's Soccer
SU won, 2-0, at No. 16 Washington on Sept. 23, 2018. Noe Meza and Declan McGlynn scored in the second half as the Redhawks won the 2018 WAC/101 Club Cup at Husky Soccer Stadium. Sergio Rivas assisted on both goals, while Josh Adachi made four saves for the shutout as Seattle U claimed its second straight win at UW.

Women's Soccer
Ava Ames' golden goal in the 105th minute helped guide SU to win the Redhawk Invitational on Sept. 26, 2010. Seattle U came from behind with a pair of goals from tournament MVP Ames to defeat Sacramento State 3-2 in double overtime. Ames scored late in the first half and then won the game in the second OT period.

Volleyball
On Sept. 21, 2010, Cristin Richards logged a career-best 27-kill performance as the Redhawks took down Portland in five. Richards finished the hitting .313 with six errors on 67 attempts, and filled out the stat sheet with nine digs, three blocks and two aces. The 27-kill outing was a program-best at the time, and continues to be among the top five in single-match performances in the program's Division I-era.

Cross Country
Seattle U's men finished third in their second meet of the season on Sept. 21, 2018, at the Dellinger Invitational in Springfield, Ore., hosted by the University of Oregon. Nathan Pixler led the Redhawks with a time of 25:47.2, followed by Cal Davidson-Turner at 26:04.6.
