2010: Richards continued to excel in her junior year, playing in all 31 matches.  She again led the team in kills with 521, a Seattle University single season record.  She also led the team in service aces (40) and was second in digs with 309. She had 28 double-digit kill matches with a season high of 27 kills against Portland (Sept. 21).  She had four service aces at Stetson (Oct. 23) and 19 digs against Portland State (Aug. 27), both season highs. 

2009: Cristin once again emerged as the team leader in kills, totaling 354 for the season (3.58 per game). Playing in all 99 games, she also led the Redhawks in service aces with 21 (0.21 per game), was third in digs with 203, and finished second on the team with 67 blocks. She was the team leader with 411.5 points, almost 1/3 of the team's season total. Cristin scored double-digit kills in 21 matches. She earned 24 points against UNLV on October 10, where she finished the match with 21 kills, 2 assists, 5 digs, and 4 blocks. Season highs were 22 kills vs. CSUB, 3 assists vs CSUB and UC Irvine, 3 service aces against UC Santa Barbara and Weber State, 14 digs vs North Dakota, and 8 blocks vs Idaho State.

2008: Cristin led the team with 332 total kills, averaging 2.94 kills per game. She posted the seventh-highest single-season kill total in school history. She reached double figures in kills 17 times, with a season high of 25 kills at Idaho State on October 31. She also earned 23 kills in the team's five-set victory over North Dakota during the National Transitions Challenge on November 14. She was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Boise State Bronco Invitational after earning 40 kills in three matches. In SeattleU's five-set victory over South Dakota during the Dig For The Cure Classic, she earned 17 kills, one service ace, 15 digs, and five total blocks, including three solo blocks.

High School: Cristin was a three-time all-league, all-area, and all-state performer at Tumwater High School. In 2007, she led the Thunderbirds to a 20-1 record and second place in the state tournament, earning state MVP honors. She was also a four-year letterwinner in basketball, helping the team reach the state finals in 2007 and win the league title in 2008.

Personal: Cristin is the oldest daughter of Abby and Keith Richards. Born September 15, 1989, she is majoring in sociology.
