KANE'OHE, O'AHU, HAWAI'I – Seattle U women's golf wrapped things up on Wednesday at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational, finishing 11th out of 16 teams after three rounds at the Kane'ohe Klipper Golf Course. No. 3 Arizona State took home the team title with a compiled 12 under par, with ASU's Linn Grant winning a five-hole playoff to win the individual title over 91 other golfers at seven-under 209.
 
Junior Keisha Lugito led the way for the Redhawks, tying for 29th place with an eight-over-par 224 after shooting 78-73-73. Classmate Kimberlee Tottori followed with 72-77-78 for a total of 227, while fellow junior Nicole Foster shot 78-76-76 to finish at 230. Freshman Azumi Arai had a solid third round, finishing with 80-81-73, and sophomore Samantha Bruce rounded out the squad at 76-77-84. Two more Redhawks competed as individuals: juniors Vendela From (75-73-83) and Anne Transier (82-85-81).
 
Seattle U's next tournament will be the Red Rocks Invitational, hosted by Northern Arizona University on Mar. 21-22 in Sedona, Ariz.
