The Western Athletic Conference has announced the Postseason All-Conference honors for the 2015 softball season and the Redhawks received several nods across the first and second teams.

Isabella Geronimo (San Mateo, Calif.) represents Seattle University on the First Team while Paige Bouska (Keizer, Ore.) and Bubba Morrow (Auburn, Wash.) were named to the Second Team.

Geronimo recorded a .348 average in WAC play, starting all 14 league contests, also adding eight runs on 16 hits, both team highs, as well as two doubles, two home runs, and a team-high 10 RBI. The honor marks Geronimo’s third straight First Team All-Conference honor in as many opportunities. Earlier this season, she was also named Preseason All-WAC by both the league and College Sports Madness.

Bouska brought consistency to the Redhawk lineup, recording a 15-game hitting streak spanning from Mar. 21 vs. Loyola Marymount to Apr. 17 vs. Kansas City. As a sophomore, Bouska finished second at the plate for Seattle U in WAC play, batting .375 with five runs on 15 hits, one double, one triple, and two RBI.

Morrow receives her third straight All-Conference honor, also named to the WAC First Team in 2013 and 2014. Earlier this season (Game two, Apr. 1 vs. Portland State), she became Seattle U’s all-time career leader in doubles (37 as of May 6). She also currently sits in second place in SU’s career home runs (31) and career RBI (127).

The No. 4 seed Redhawks open WAC tournament play on Thursday, May 7 at 11 a.m. MT/10 a.m. PT vs. No. 5 Utah Valley, with the winner advancing to face No. 1 New Mexico State at 4 p.m. MT/3 p.m. PT.
