The banquet invites alumni, family members, friends, and supporters to celebrate the women’s rowing program as they enter their second varsity racing season. Olympic silver medalist Tim Mickelson will be the guest speaker and attendees will enjoy lunch as part of the banquet. Mickelson was a member of the USA Men’s Eight+ that earned silver at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany, and later won gold at the 1974 World Championships in Lucerne, Switzerland.
The cost is $35.00 per person at the “supporter” level and will also cover the meal cost of one rowing team member, so, by simply attending, you will be supporting the athletes. There is also the opportunity to support the program at the Patron ($70) and Sponsor ($100 level).
